Bakery that hasn’t evolved and banking on their “retro” status. The quality of baked goods has significantly gone down the past few years. Maybe someone should inform them that “retro” isn’t a taste, but if it were, it doesn’t taste good. Their (In)famous green salad bread or salad pan used to have a nice balance of potatoes/starch with cabbage. Now it’s all cabbage and a moldy green, probably not from the sauce but the staleness. Their egg salad sandwich was no better with literally messy clumps of stale greenish egg yolk, strange chunks of imitation crab, no sauce. Sorry don’t want green eggs. This had none of that creamy golden smoothness expected from a superior egg salad. Prices are exorbitant. They’ve been lazily taking Chinese tourists’ money, but since that’s gone, foresee this business as another one biting the dust. Not from Covid but from their laziness and unwillingness to do proper work.

Nothing stands out. Why is this place even popular?

A bit Eurostyle big old bakery. I just tried patbingsu which was nice. But the breads are pricey.

Did came here to try their very famous monaca ice cream and yes it was the best!!! Aside from that they have a larger menu of bread, pastry and other meal that you can choose from. Price wise and service are top notch.

You must visit this shop and try their signature monaca ice cream!!!! It taste like heaven. They also have wide variety of pastry and bread. Good place to grab some sweets.
