A new building built in 1890 as a bishop. It was used as a building for the migrant and accounting department On June 25, 2018, it newly opened as the'Seoul Archdiocese History Museum'.

It is a history museum that can summarize the history of Catholic history of Korea and the parish of Seoul National University. Renaissance architecture completed in 1891 is an excellent architectural value. Myeongdong Cathedral was built in 1898, and the building was designed as a diocese with a cathedral. After the building was completed, Archbishop Mutel, who was the bishop of the church, used it as a diocese, and after the construction of a new diocese, it was called the Apostolic Hall as the Sungshin University Medical Center, Catholic Publishing House, Diocese Office and Bureau. In 2017, the bishops' council decided to use this building as a diocese of Seoul National University, and currently exhibits artifacts at the Catholic Martyrs' Museum and the Martyrs' Consecration Committee.
