Seoul Animation Center

So much fun to visit! My favorite was the library where you could spend hours, days and weeks. Overall, not a chance to get bored in Soul Animation Center.

Worth the visit, kids loved it. More appropriate for small kids, let's say under 10. The monitors are kind and helped my kids on doing some stop motion movies, drawing, and other available activities. In my view 3h should be enough to enjoy the Animation center, letting the kids enjoy all resources.

Seoul Animation Center (서울 애니메이션 센터). This is an animation and cartoon museum and activities center located on the hillside of Namsan in Jung-gu, Seoul. Easy to reach by subway stop at Myeong-dong Station, or public bus. Another alternative to going there is riding the sightseeing tour bus ride a hop on and hop off. Established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in May 1999 to support the South Korean comics and animation industry. When you get there it looks like a fantasy world for kids, a lot of posters, 3D image, library, playing rooms, cinema and others facilities. Visitors can get such a look at people working on animation and the process of how to make an animation movie. There's a rack of Korean animation action figures and a big robot. It's a fun experience visiting this place.

Small but cost place. Despite it's small size kids were well entertained for more than two hours. They love Korean cartoons so they were very happy taking pictures with them and running around. I would totally recommend if your kids love tayo, superwings and the lot....
