Exclusive Tour Korea has a really amazing service. I got a driver named Mr. Kim, and he has a very soft, kind, nice personality and he drives very well. I usually get carsick if it is a very long trip, but Mr. Kim made the car trip enjoyable and comfortable. Auntie Heather & Uncle 태규 are also very nice and friendly people. I came to Korea for 10 days to see sightseeings. Since it was my first visit to the country, I decided to focus only on Seoul. I found Exclusive Tour Korea on TripAdvisor. I liked reviews, and since I am a solo traveler, I liked their private day tour approach. A month before the trip, me and Ms. Maria coordinated my approximate schedule via email. They also made me a favor and agreed to split days of my tour for the whole week. I'm that kind of traveler who gets tired very quickly and needs to have a rest after emotional and physical impressions. Also, I asked for a transfer to/from the hotel. My guide was a bright-eyed Heather and our driver was the charismatic Mr. Noh. I was fortunate enough to meet them both immediately after arriving in Korea. The tour started the next day after my arrival and it was quite flexible throughout - depending on weather conditions, road situations and my wishes. Based on my hobbies and interests, Heather offered to visit new places that I might want to see. I planned to visit one very important place for me, although initially it was not included in the tour schedule. Of course, I shared this with Heather during the airport transfer. Imagine my surprise that a visit to this place was the first on our tour! I’m very grateful! I managed to do smth what I wanted to do for the past several years. This is really amazing! During the whole tour I didn’t have the feeling that I was a burden or an unwanted guest. Although, some of my requests (such as finding schemes for cross stitching) were a bit more complicated than visiting sights, in my opinion. For all the days of the tour, I felt like traveling with friends. It was warm, cozy and comfortable! :) I would like to mention, that Mr. Noh is an excellent driver. We didn’t have to return to the place where we got out of the car. Mr. Noh always picked us up along the way, which saved us a lot of time and made the tour more diverse. I sincerely regret that I had only 3 tour days. But despite the fact that it ended before I was supposed to be back, Heather advised me to visit some places near my hotel, what I of course did. To sum up, I enjoyed my staying in Seoul. And Exclusive Tour Korea made me feel comfortable all the way. You can easily trust your trip to them! P.s. I’m already planning my next trip :D

I can not recommend this company highly enough for your private tour through Korea!! It was my first trip to Korea and I am so grateful to Heather and Mr. Noh for making it an experience I will never forget! The custom tour is expensive, but absolutely worth every penny. Meeting with Heather the first day, she got to know us and got an idea of what we were looking for, then customized the tour to exactly what we wanted. We originally had 2 days in Seoul booked, but loved the tour so much that we booked another 2 days with them for our trip to Busan. We got to see many temples and so much beautiful scenery (which is what we were looking for) and all of the places we went to eat were amazing! So many places we went, we would have never found on our own and it was so helpful to have someone to translate as we do not speak Korean. My favorite place we went was Seung-Gasa temple, the most beautiful temple up in the mountains that was so secluded and peaceful, and not well known by tourists so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was so convenient having Mr. Noh drop us off at each of our locations and pick us up where we ended up. Not waiting for parking or having to walk back to the car allowed us to go SO many places each day and make the most of our time without wearing ourselves out too much. Heather is energetic, upbeat, funny, and such a beautiful person. Mr. Noh was such a kind, gentle soul and an amazing driver which made us feel very safe in the crazy traffic of Seoul and Busan. I highly recommend you book with this company, you will not regret it!!!

Heather and Mr. Noh made this trip incredible for my family and I! They were super flexible which allowed us to see everything we wanted, scheduled or compulsory! Having a driver gave us the opportunity to enjoy more things since we didn’t have to look for parking on our own (which seemed impossible!). It also made getting places MUCH easier than if we tried it alone. Heather is such an amazing and knowledgeable guide! She is extremely friendly and professional, but the personal effects she adds to the tours make it all the more fun! They both made our trip to Korea off the charts! We really could’ve have had the same incredible experience without them! Thank you so much to Heather and her company~
