Cafe & Roastery. Serve hand drip, espresso, toast, pan cake

I purposely searched for this cafe just to try soufflé pancake in Busan. I assumed this cafe is popular for soufflé pancakes. They have three different pancakes (original, chocolate and strawberry). I opted for the original soufflé pancake. Needed to wait for 20 mins to be served. The pancake is fluffy and creamy and immediately melts in the mouth. Simple combination of maple syrup and whipping cream that makes it pleasantly sweet. It was delicious. I’m giving 3 star because I have tried it the first time. Simple interior decorations would not have left much of an impression.

This place is loved by souffle restaurants! There aren't many seats, so you can't get a few teams, but it's delicious and pretty enough to eat while waiting !!
