The Bread Blue

This is still my favorite bread bakery ever, and I'm not even vegan. I really miss the Incheon location though - this one is so out of the way 😭. Their breads are unbelievably well-crafted. The the textures and flavors are seriously incredible for being vegan. I will make a point to buy bread here every time I'm in Korea.

i’ve been wanting to try their sweet potato tart for a long time and i have to say it was pretty disappointing—the filling was so bland (i eat sweet potatoes almost every day and they have way more flavor) but the crust was worse—some parts were damp and tasted like glue that being said, they were having a birthday promotion and gave me a free financier, which was pretty good (for being healthy and vegan) the staff and overall atmosphere are nice though—and i like supporting vegan businesses, so i really want to give them a second chance. i will consider returning and trying something else

The lattes are decent. They grind the beans, fresh, but they don't roast said beans. The milk alternative they use are their saving grace, and leave a nice creamy finish. As far as the baked goods are concerned, I've only tried the tofu brownie, which was overwhelming Meh. I like that they serve drinks with socially responsible metal straws. I don't like that they play Christan music. The cafe Sweet Roll across the street has better atmosphere, and music, but is often closed when I'm in the neighborhood and in need of caffeine.

There's a lot of various vegan pastries, cakes and drinks to try so I think everybody can find something they like! I would recommend the sweet potato bread as it's not too sweet and has a real sweet potato in it, it was my to go lunch or snack if I didn't have time to eat a real meal before school bc it's delicious and makes you full~👌

Great selection, very good bread, the ice creams, macarons and pizza were a great and tasty surprise.
