When they just launched several years ago, they had a handsome range of non-typical gourmet foods; but now it’s only a little better than average, I should note. Also, you can tell quite immediately that the items are pricier than general.

It's considered a pretty upscale market, but their service does not reflect what they portray. Workers don't really go out of their ways, and are not very attentive. You have to put your own groceries in a bag yourself. Furthermore, they don't take on board feedback or complaints from customers.
