I did fillers on both the under-eye area and the top lip, benefitting from the currently available promotion. The staff was extremely helpful and well-instructed. They had me sit down to examine carefully the areas I concerned with so that I could achieve the desired result. The doctor that assisted me was very gentle and I almost felt no pain at all. I carefully followed the aftercare indications and as a result, I had no bruise at all. The interpreter talked me through the whole process so that I could feel comfortable and at ease The results are both amazing and extremely natural. Would definitely recommend!

I've done Rejuran healer, botox injection and some laser treatments for my skin all together here. Doctor and staffs were kind, service process was quite quick and well organized which was very impressing.

I appreciate the environment and kindness amongst the general staff as well as the hospital overall. The results however, fell way below my expectations. The odd part, is that it seems what was discussed and visually shown on both ends is not what ended up being achieved in the end. I reached out with each of the issues I was slowly noticing and eventually they have just begun to ignore me. I feel if someone spends so much money and the results are botched... resolve should be the first answer, not ignoring it and hoping it goes away. But regardless, I am patient and I’ve tried to achieve a resolve with failure but luckily my finance was protected. If you are reading this ID, I still wish for a peaceful resolve. I fully believe that ID does not have ill intentions. A lot of reviews that completely raid on ID negatively I feel are more emotion driven then actual results. As you know, the process and recovery are not easy and only to find out months later... it wasn’t what you expected, I’m sure is an awful experience as I’ve come to find out. Honestly ID is friendly and hospitable in terms of its service and I’m sure the talent is all there... but we are people, not gods, mistakes can and have been made.

I had a forehead reduction here. Booking, consultation, surgery and after care were hassle free and comfortable. I really liked my translator Jay, she is very caring, patient and kind. And I also appreciate id's after care service, I have never seen clinics offering facilities like that, feels like a spa center. incision line is also healing great. i'm super satisfied with a result!

I visited ID a few months ago to proceed facial contouring and rhinoplasty, and now that the swellings have mostly subsided, I can say for sure that the results are satisfactory. I don't look like a totally different person, but a more feminine and enhanced version of myself. It was my first solo trip to an Asian country and I was so nervous about it, but their staffs assisted me along the entire process starting from the online consultation to the actual surgery and recovery, and thankfully everything went smoothly (a big shout out to their professional surgeons, helpful translators, and angelic nurses at the wards). I am planning to have a breast augmentation in the upcoming Summer, and I have no doubts in choosing ID for it too. Looking forward to meet you guys again :)
