KEB Hana Bank Itaewon Station

Only Hana bank in Seoul where you can find English speaking staff they have different section only for expats and diplomats Staffs are very friendly and they always trying their best only 1 problem is sometimes we have to wait hours to get our token called Unfortunately they got only 3 counters for all the people I recommend it’s better if you visit in the afternoon so you can expect less people

I read online KEB Hana Bank is a go to favourite amongst foreigners holding an H-1 working holiday visa. This however in reality is false. Consequently I now have a bank account elsewhere. Too bad for KEB Hana Bank but a win for me as I don’t have to put up with any let downs again.

The guy at the door greeting was snarky as hell and annoying, but the assistant manager Choi Sol was really efficient and friendly - Even though she forgot to replace my card. Really beautiful too.

Probably the only Foreigner friendly bank in Korea. Go in the morning time before it gets too busy.

It's always busy. Not uncommon to wait longer than an hour for banking services. Yes it is foreigner friendly with English speaking staff but the wait times are just ridiculous.
