I love how the staff in the embassy assist their clients. They very friendly and easy to talk too. The processing of documents is also fast and organized. The embassy has a cool atmosphere because they have a centralized aircon.

Good fast on time service per appointment except philippine policies are so hard to follow and process... have to make another appointment which are fully booked for weeks

Your hotline number is useless!! Your citizens works almost all days of the week, you should be able to provide service even If its just a phone call. We don’t have to go there just to be able to ask questions!!
