Poorly trained staff who are not at all customer friendly. They could not locate product in their own store which we could find using their search system and an ISBN number. The worst Kyobo Bootstore I have been to in Seoul.

This bookstore is split into two sections. The first (west?) is your standard Kyobo bookstore you can find across Seoul with a standard Hot Tracks attached to it. The other section (in a different part of the mall) is an incredible art store. There is a huge selection of art tools and books on design and art in many different languages. The English books are also in this section. There's so much to look at and pine over that it's easy to kill an hour or more in this store.

Great Library is not the biggest in Korea you could find English books also.

Great selection of books and fabulous stationery. Also very useful if you're wanting to study Korean. Books available great.

It's a bookstore with more than just books. Kyobo has developed a new paradigm as an offline bookstore. The place is more like a library for you to find a place to preview the books you want to read. And they also have great selection of stationary and electronics.
