Oriens Hotel & Residences

I can not recommend this hotel enough! free water in our room, extremely welcoming hotel staff, delicious breakfast and a close proximity to everything! However, the true test of this place came the last day when I left my wallet, passport, and credit card in the hotel safe. We’d already made our way to the airport and the hotel arranged for my things to be sent with a driver to the airport. The male concierge stayed on the phone with me to ensure I got my things and went out of his way to help me. I’ve NEVER experienced service like this at a hotel before and am so blown away. If you stay in Seoul do yourself a favor and stay at the Oriens Hotel and Residences. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! And thank you again to that kind kind concierge!

Very good and comfortable. Only need more light in the hallway, too dark after coming out from lift, make it a bit spooky

Has wifi, near to local market, huge fridge, big tv screen, washing machine,

Our family love this hotel though it is slightly away from the shopping bely. 5 mins walk to Chungmuro station and 10mins walk to Myeongdong. The rooms are clean and cozy. Wifi is strong and the rooms came with fully equipped with washing machine and cooking area. There are some small korean restaurants outside the hotel but note that they close on Sun. Will book this hotel again!
