지하에 주차장을 짓고 지상에 놀이터를 지어 사람들이 편하게 다닐 수있게끔 했다.

It is an underground parking lot and it is nice to have facilities such as toilet and elevator. There is a children's playground outdoors and it seems to be well designed as facilities for residents.
