went to get my roots done, came out bright yellow...

Ruined my hair. Absolutely waste of time and money. Do not come here. What's worse was the fact that i had my hair done on the first day of my trip to seoul. They probably ruined my whole mood for the trip.

Very good. My hair stylist was very nice and kind. She introduced herself as "hea ya." She could not speak English but she was very cute. I hope many people visit here. I asked her for perm and trintment. Very satisfied. I recommend that you do her perm.

Helping staff, if you are a foreigner they will try their best to speak English

Not recommended at all. No people attend to me like what other good reviews stated saying being served by a good cup of tea and biscuits etc. The price menu (clinic treatment) changed but never update it and I’m being slashed at the price of 129,ooo for a normal hair dye and treatment. Saying that I’m being provided the good brand products etc. Two two salon at Busan is much more better!
