Worst. I booked Ben to go to Sapa in Hanoi. Then Ben chair in his place broke down and shook back and forth. I can not stop complaining to the article on the way. In the end, I asked for a refund only for one seat later, but even that did not take me a month or so to get rid of the time ^^ ;;;; Never use it.
