It is a bakery that is famous for chefs. I also went and tasted some bread, but I couldn't feel what was special at all. I have no intention of revisiting.
I love this bread because its texture is so dense and sophisticated.. My mom became a big fan of this shop after having signature bread. Worth trying it!
I passed by 3:00 pm
I don’t have a few types of bread left
Purchasing pure and natural.
Pure is cut thick and has a fluffy texture.
It's light, so it tastes great even if you eat it with a side dish.
Eating pure and natural together
The natural buttery flavor rises.
Even eating a single piece of bread is heavy
The feeling of putting 3 pieces of bread from other bakeries into one
Since I prefer the kind of bread that is very light and the combination of ingredients is not complex, the ones I chose without hesitation in this place were plain and pure bread.
I needed bread for sandwiches, but breads such as truffles and naturals contain butter/truffle, honey/yogurt, etc. I think it's too much.
In conclusion, both pure and plain are delicious.
Both were too light to eat with bare bread, and even though Pure is a'vegan bread', it tasted enough to clear up all misunderstandings about'vegan' bakery. Plain bread was recommended for sandwiches, but I personally prefer pure bread for sandwiches. It's a harmonious taste that doesn't greatly harm the combination with other ingredients...? Plain is rather, it feels like dessert bread to me?
A place of memories with my boyfriend and me. When I had a fig sandwich, I had a great meal...! It is said that there are only egg sandwiches and corn cheese sandwiches. A place where you can stand and eat while watching people passing by. The boss is also very friendly and feels good haha. I like to eat and eat with good memories while shaking.
