Dr. Yu's Violin/Viola Lessons in Seoul

Dr.Yu is a very very patient amazing teacher, I enjoyed learning from her a lot. Very positive person who keeps encouraging you always with cheering kind words. I started with her from scratch, I highly recommend her for all levels. :)

Dr.Yu is really nice and caring. She really pays attention to every little detail and is super chill and kind. She's a really great teacher and is very good at what she does. Her music lessons are really enjoyable and interesting. She always comes up with new ways of teaching and is overall and amazing teacher.

She was an amazing teacher! I learned so much from her and loved to have her as my teacher. She knew what I would like to learn and step by step she guided me very well. Plus, it was easy to talk to her and she always cared about my personal life. I was a complete beginner but now I can say I know how to play the violin!

I was so nervous to start violin lessons as an adult as I was a complete beginner. Dr. Yu assured me that violin can be learned at any age. I immediately felt comfortable with her and it was clear from the beginning that she has a high level of expertise in both violin and instruction. I improved greatly within just a couple of months. She is extremely effective in adjusting her teaching strategies to match each student. She's also willing to work with students to help them best reach their goals. Dr. Yu is so encouraging, kind, and funny! Sadly, I had to leave Korea after a year and I have still yet to find a teacher as good as her. I considered going back to Korea just so that I can be her student for a little bit longer. If you are looking for a violin teacher in Seoul, you are extremely lucky! She is the best!

She's a pro but really cool and chill... She puts emphasis on techniques and is also dedicated in creating a good community for her students. Everyone loves to learn under her tutelage! Highly recommended!!!
