It is a small and well designed park. But it is inside of Samsung Electronics (Suwon degital city) so only Samsung employees are available to approach there.

Samsung Electronic has this park. So, no one can enter without permission. It is stupid to visit this park with intention. You will be excounter permisson and parking problem. I will recommend HyoWon park. It is located about 1km far from Smart park. You can easily access there and you are able to visit another park(InGye) where is across the main street, too.

This park is available to Samsung Electronics employees. There are clocks, a few sculptures and lots of rest chairs.

A small but old and mature park of Samseon employees. There is also a real reading room.
