In order to regain the health he had missed during his busy life, he took a short break with Blacks Gym. Kwon Jung-sik trainer (Bobby) and personal training that started in late November to 20 today, and 5Kg weight loss feeling tired again to find a new start with confidence. The bright atmosphere / energetic coaching staff and the boring and difficult workouts are fun, and the sense of goal and confidence that comes from losing weight through systematic coaching is a great opportunity to approach the workout from another angle. I would recommend it as a good partner for those who are planning a new change. I started with my wife and I'm very satisfied.

Starting from November 20, 2019, I haven't spent every day getting my personal PT nearly 20 times until February 2020. It was Sujin's systematic coaching and encouragement that made my diet management and personalized exercise schedule management more sustainable. I'm achieving -8kg of weight loss (-8kg of body fat, constant gain in muscle mass). I think I can reach the target value (-10kg) with the remaining PT. I met Jack Shack for the first time in another pt shop last year ~ Pt wasn't my first time, so I started out as a demigod, but now I don't think pt or pt! Just as I moved in, Jack Wong was here, so I signed up with my mom. I am always energized by Jack Sham, who is experiencing frequent diet slumps, and a lot of exercises that do not have a lot of back problems. Not only Jack Jack but all the other guys are kind too. I can't go anywhere else again So you have to thrive until you reach the age of 10 or 20 years !!!
