Early in the morning, I went to the Autokyu Shinchang branch to repair the car at around 9:15. Two of the staff were sitting at the desk, but they didn't even say hello and looked desperately asking for reception, but they didn't ask what happened, and I think another customer came in and took the turn. Please accept the receptionist. When I ejaculated, a man with a bold expression came to do what? Please do this and that in the water.. Just two lines in the customer consultation table and I went to the car and put it on the wiper, so what would it take to say that this is the receptionist? When I asked it, it took 1~2 hours.. I was in a hurry from the morning, but damn there were a lot of waiting cars.. Then I sat in the waiting room and looked at the Tomb Raider airing on OCN. Is it okay to go home while asking? So I asked if I left my contact information. No~ I didn't ask. The contact information on the car is on the parking sticker, and I left the car key.. Nevertheless, I left my contact information and name and went home... No, I walked out to buy a lotto. I lived at the cutting edge for the past 4 years and used only the Otokyu Laurel branch. Although the specifications were different, the OtoQs who passed through were friendly and responded quickly, and even if there was any waiting, it wasn't bad to use a massage chair. Shinchang branch was different again. Even if I said hello for the first time, there was no one who accepted it. One of the older employees was grateful for the reaction. I don't know the technical part. You might think that the car center only needs to fix the car well. However, in order to attract regulars in the end, more systematic reception and friendly customer response seemed desperately needed. Anyway, AutoQ is not a private business certified by Kia Motors.. I have to abandon the uncomfortable thought that if you ride Kia Motors, you will come unconditionally. From next time, even if it's a little far from home, I'll have to go to the Laurel again. Even on weekends, it may be because they are busy car center employees from the morning, but I also came to work busy on weekdays and only on weekends, so I hope that each earned income earner will be friendly to each other.

The first time I went to the Shinchang store, AutoQ was nice because it was kinder than other Kia services.
