The nurses in the children's ward on the ninth floor are very kind, You're good. I take care of my children with love.

This is a horrible hospital. The staff and nurses are exceptionally rude and mean. None of the staff are helpful in any way. During lunch time no one is around. I find that very off putting that they would rather break and eat then to help there patients. There should at least be one person on duty over looking everyone. They should switch shifts and always have someone working. THIS WOULD NEVER BE ACCEPTABLE IN AMERICA. There will always be someone working the front desk and taking patients in. Did i mention the staff are very rude. If i wasnt there with my grandfather and mother i would of deffinetly said what i felt about her. Unacceptable attitude from the staff should be fired.
