Korean-style family resort close to many area attractions such as the traditional market, beaches, etc. I can't speak on the check-in process since my Korean MIL handled it, but I'm sure it would be manageable with a translation app if the staff were unable to assist. Rooms can be "ondol" style (basically, no bed but linens provided) or western style with a bed. My PIL and sister in law's family shared an ondol style room, while hubby and I bunked in the room with a bed. Both came well stocked with a kitchenette that featured full sink with dish detergent, small refrigerator, gas range, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery...basically anything you'd need to cook as you would at home. The rooms were kind of like suites that had a living area and a separate bedroom and bathroom off to the side. The bedroom is bare save for the bed and bedside tables, but the windows offer lovely views. There's extra bedding in the closet should it be needed. In the sitting room/living area you'll find a sofa, table with four chairs, and the kitchenette. There's a central air unit overhead controlled by remote, and I believe even in the bed-style rooms the floor can be heated during cold weather. Off of the living room you can enjoy a decent sized balcony, as well. Bathroom had basics such as shampoo/conditioner combo and body wash, hair dryer, towels. The towels are Korean style and so not very large, but ample enough to dry off adequately. There's a restaurant within the resort that had a wonderful margarita pizza and a delicious steak salad. The menu features other options that we didn't try, but everything sounded great. There's also an eMart24 (convenience store) in the lobby that can cover almost anything you may need. From the entrance, you can cross the parking lot to the left and rent bicycles by the hour to cycle around the nearby lake. They have single riders, tandems, and even family bikes that feature a child seat. Fair warning: take breaks often when cycling, cause those seats are murder on the tush. My sister in law and I shared a tandem and both had a severe case of numb-butt afterward. The only heads up I'll give is that the beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are on the small side. Not a deal breaker, but maybe not what a western guest would expect in bedding. We were glad to have a bed at all (hubs has a bad back) so it wasn't that bad compared to the floor. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the views. It's in a peaceful spot that feels convenient to things you might like to visit, but not right in the hustle and bustle.
