Not a big gym. Weight only. The floor of the free weight zone is uneven. No props. Free weight: -Leg 1, Smith + Leg 1, Cable 1, Leg Press -Press 1, Incline Press 1, Bench 1, Incline 2 -Dumbbell ~ 50kg, easy bar, flat bar (Dumptail 2, Back Extension 1, Sit-up 2, Upskirt) Machine129 -Seated leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, preach curls, chest presses, shoulder presses, seat draws, full dip machines, rat pools, fly+packdacks, inner and outer, outer And there is a treadmill and a cycle Advantages: 1. Managed by program 2. Weight only (no Zumba, Pilte, etc.) 3. 24 hours 4. Appdominal machine available 5.
