It's an officetel (one-room and two-room flats). The monthly building maintenance fee is large, the parking space is only for cars lower than 1.5 m, but the rooms themselves are very nice and conveniently located next to the subway. There is a coffee place and a waffle place on the first floor (though the first floor businesses change often) but they operate for the KB call center across the street and not for the building residents, so closed on weekends. Nearest convenience store is 5 minute walk away.
