My family visited from 19 Nov. to 21 Nov. 2020 for 2 nights 3 days. All facilities look very good. The especially outside pool is very long and convenient to approach from room to pool. Unfortunately, we can not use this pool because of the cold weather. But the inside pool was good enough to enjoy swimming, water temperature controlled around 32~34C. I would like to advise the manager of Canarias, the water quality in the washing room was terrible, the soap bobble is immediately removed. It was very uncomfortable because of the water quality, it was so hard water for using showering the body, brushing teeth, washing hands, etc... Please introduce a soft water treatment system. Anyway, other facilities and management systems are acceptable to enjoy family holidays.

Three families are playing well. It is a little disappointing that the traces of time are visible everywhere. The people who manage are kind, so they play well in peace. If children like to play in the water, it is recommended. Please repair the facilities.

It is very expensive for the price. Is there a lot of mold spreading on the walls of the room, and stickers? There are more than 50 of the same marks on the ceiling, which is messy. The first two things that were disappointing: I poured too much Lax in the outdoor swimming pool, so it smells a lot and the water is almost salty. Second, the free bottled water provided for free in the refrigerator has a shelf life of 2 years, but since December last year is the second year, the expiration date has already passed 9 months. If you check this, discard the bottled water in the refrigerator and change it to another one. If you report it to the Food and Drug Administration, the business will be suspended.
