This is not good bread. I found this place off of an article recommending places to get decent bread in Seoul so I had high hopes. I got an entire loaf of the "rustic" bread, forgot the Korean name. It looked good from the outside but the first warning was that when it was squeezed it was completely soft (crust included) and re expanded like a nerf ball or sponge. When I finally opened it up the innards was literally wonderbread or something similar to discount grocery store in-house baguette. I'm not sure why they used the descriptor "country" for pure white bread since that's the exact opposite. Anyways, I know this seems overly scathing for a bakery but I was seriously disappointed and this place ain't cheap.
