I had a very bad experience in june 2019 in this bank. As a tourist, I changed currencies. I had euros and dollars. The employee made a first mistake and only gave me the change for the dollar, very few money. I didn't discover it before I was in the street, counting my money, because I trusted the employee. I came back and she gave me back ... the change for the euro, and forgot to give me back the change for the dollar. I didn't check because i trust the employee and i thought it was only a mistake from her. But the second incident made me think it was not. I only discovered it coming back to my hotel, and I was very angry. So I came back the day after, and when she saw me, she was very confused. She worried a lot and she gave me the dollar change... from her own wallet. Well, i didn't file a complaint because I am not sure, but i think it is better to let this testimony if someone else could have a similar problem.
