Perhaps it is the lowest level of business processing among Kookmin Bank. I can't wait for an hour to see what bank, and one of the two VIP lounge managers is out of office! Only one person pretends to be busy doing the work .. VIP lounge management is messed up and the staff outside the window is too short compared to the waiting guests !!! Reluctant to visit again!

There are a lot of banks in Apgujeong Boulevard, and I think it is the most friendly and good bank.
