I got my colonoscopy done today. Since I didn’t have an insurance being a foreigner I got a quote of the procedure in advance. The representative I spoke to gave me A quote for $250 and additional for each polyp ($70-80) removal which is normally done during colonoscopy. When I was ready to pay total I needed to pay was $670. Yes, I had 3 polyps removed but still the math doesn’t work according to my understanding. I confronted with the billing department. They called the initial representative to reprimand but they couldn’t explain why they were overcharging me.

Good hospital with real professionals. Diagnosed me for 1 day, was operated on and recovered for a couple of weeks. Respect to the staff and the surgeons.

I make an appointment over the phone, but I've never seen such an unfriendly hospital Dismissing the symptoms I'm talking about because I'm uncomfortable like being a doctor I keep stopping my words The tone of the voice is high, as if only the way he speaks is friendly, but when he listens to the content, he does not listen to the patient and keeps ending and ignoring it. Saying it's like anti-respect When you talked about your medical history, you said that you probably had a colonoscopy. Then you chewed the words that I think I was, and you did a colonoscopy by yourself? It is like this, but it is the standard of not having four words. I had visited in the past, and at that time I was annoyed by the unkindness of the nurses, the lack of waiting and no guidance. The doctor is good, but why is the nurse like this? Are you a relative? It's not that, I think getting fired is normal I don’t know if it’s a nurse or not. It could be a receptionist. Because of the people who manage it regardless of the doctor's skill, the rating is going down, but I don't understand that I keep it as it is.

When it comes to treatment, the nurse is unkind. I talked and acted... and I felt like it was. The blanket on the treatment table kept covering the patient with the same thing, but it was very unsanitary in the Corona era.

Because of the corona, I kindly smiled and treated her even when I put on the mask, so I was able to see the treatment comfortably. ~~ It was nice to wear a mask and try to explain it out loud and loud ~~ Thank you. :)
