I am on my 10th day post operation and I wanted to share my review here. My overall experience has been amazing. Everyone at the clinic was hospitable, caring, and incredibly friendly, especially the translator Kayla! They were quick to answer any questions and concerns I had before my trip to Korea. Dr. Kim is incredibly skilled and professional. He understood my concerns and was confident to achieve the results I requested. Even after 10 days, I already look and feel great :)

Had a lovely experience with EU! Dr.Kim is extremely professional and the service provided by all of the coordinators at the clinic is top notch. I have to give an especially special thank you to Kayla - as others have noted, she is the BEST! Attentive and kind both pre and post op, I don't think I could have done this without her. She is so helpful with translating and answering all questions and really went out of her way to make sure Dr.Kim understood the outcome I was looking for. I'm healing well and the result has great so far. Thank you to Dr. Kim, Kayla and all of the EU staff :)

If you want a dramatic yet natural result, I strongly recommend this place. Everyone who work there are extremely attentive and amicable. Especially Kayla, the translator, who answered all of the 100 questions I had and made sure my needs were met. During after service, I took an advantage of seeing staff at the clinic to ask new questions I came up with the night before. Very grateful for their patience and kindness.

In regards to treatment and service provided by the translators and staff they easily get 5 stars. However since my swelling hasn't quite gone down yet after my vline and double jaw procedure I'm withholding my review regarding the surgery itself because Ive yet to see my final results. But so far, so good and I can't wait to see my final results! Ill update this review in a couple months.

I had zygoma reduction surgery at EU 2 weeks ago and the result already looks great so far! The clinic is very clean and the staffs and doctors are very professional. The translator (Kayla) speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond her duty to ensure that all my needs are addressed in post-ops care. Thanks Dr Kim and the team for the great work!
