The location is very convenient. You can come to the hotel after enjoying your time at the Haeundae sea beach. The rooms are clean. The reception counter is at the 5th floor. Double bed rooms are also at the same floor. However, the dormitories are at the 6th floor. Let's talk about each part of the hotel: 1. Lounge areas : the lounge is at the 6th floor. You can watch tv there or talk to others till 11pm. After that, the lights are turned off. Lounge includes several chairs, big sofa and TV. 2. Kitchen : It has 5 dining tables with a total of 15 chairs. Micro-oven, microwave, coffee maker, two cooking heaters, two sinks, plates, dishes, 42 inch tv, and some other utensils. The kitchen is clean but the plates and dishes should be replaced as scratches can be found in those pots. Kitchen can not be used after 10pm. Breakfast is available from 8-10 am. Bread, butter, jam and juice are available at the breakfast. 3. Room : It has one double bed, 18 inch (about) tv, two lockers, heater and air conditioner. If you loose the key of a locker, you have to pay 10 k won. Room size is about 8ft x 15 ft. Fire distinguisher and fire escape device are available. I don't have idea about the dormitories here. 4. Bathroom and toilet : Behind the lounge in the 6th floor the wash rooms can be found. Those are separate and clean. They provide toiletries . There are 2 toilets and 3 showers. Hairdryer is also there. Ladies toilets and bathrooms are at the 5th floor. The main negative point of the hotel is that you can not stay in the hotel from 11am to 3pm due to cleaning. Though when we came in after 3 pm, we did not notice anything in the room that was cleaned. The staffs will knock your door if you are few minutes late in checking out. Another negative point is that the washing pipes in the attached toilets do not work in the men's toilet. However, those were fine in the ladies toilet. Positive points : The staffs are good, helpful and can speak English very well. It's very near to the haeundae beach and haeundae metro station (gate no. 5) One can cook in the kitchen within permissible time. I won't recommend to book the standard double room to the people in this hotel. People may find some good hotels (e.g., busan station business hotel) at the same price. If the location does not matter to you. The rank of hotel is overrated in respect to the double standard rooms. The rating should be 1.5/5. I shall not visit the hotel second time.

Pretty convenient location for the beach. Lots of good food nearby. Very close to the subway. (If ur coming via intercity bus or train, both can link to the subway). Theres a kitchen. They do breakfast before 10am. The dorms are comfy and have AC. If you know English the guy who worked there when I visited was fluent. Theres a drying rack on the second floor. The rooms have lockers. Theres a tv and a ton of books (Korean). Nice place.

Not good for double standard rooms.

The staff are friendly and the evening party is really fun! At first I was embarrassed because I did not know people. All of a sudden laughing and talking! I have been staying at the Haeundae party with my party for a really fun time ~

All good, but the shower is a fungal habitat
