Entique, quiet and cozy ambience. Seems like a gallery cafe with a spacious garden. This place is famous for Baumkuchen which literally translate to “tree cake” or “log cake.” With slightly thicker layers, it is also softer and less oily. The layered cake was really nice and tastes unique. It was much better than pound or castella cakes. It would be better even if the Baumkuchen cake is eaten chilled. A little pricy but excellent. The chef appeared on a TV program titled A Mater of Life.
