Best hospital for English speakers south of Seoul

I went to the emergency room, and my perception of healthcare workers changed. 1. During a doctor's examination, a doctor's colleague popped in, ignoring the patient, "Hey, what are you doing?" Chatting while doing this 2. Nurses giggle and talk behind the scenes so that all of the patients who are fainted can be heard. It was so shocking and I don’t recommend it to anyone in this hospital.

Personally, it is a place where I am satisfied (dental). However, the hospital staff seems to be lacking. It's always a busy place even before the coronavirus situation, but this year (2020) looks unusually busy. A very big drawback is that it takes a long time to answer the customer service call and it is difficult to make a reservation.

There is no one who can go to a university hospital in a pleasant way. The nurses and doctors who seem exhausted from dealing with the patients behind them. And because it couldn't have come as a good thing, I sometimes fight back and forth.

It is difficult to find the parking lot because of the inconvenient traffic, but you have to drag your car.
