A cave theme based place. An old gold mine is converted into tourist attraction. Have cash for buying tickets as foreign cards are not accepted here. Entry fee 9K won and separate fee for some other activities/shows. There will be a projector based show every once in a while and you may check timings and try not to miss it.

A once mining cave producing 6K+ tons of silver, 3K+ tons of zinc & 56kg of gold in the old days and thereafter used to keep salted shrimp. Now is turned into a tourist attractions and a must visit as the route inside is elaborate going though te lower and upper parts with decors, mini aquariums and wine sampling + sales area. There is a cafe inside the cave as well, beside the wine area.

Really wonderful place that you will particularly appreciate in summer thanks to its fresh atmosphere. The expositions are beautiful. The wine cave is a something really interesting to stop by. And for the more adventurous, there is a zombie house inside the cave.

I learned a lot from this trip. Koreans renovated the place and turned it to a tourist spot. They also a museum inside and wine cellar.
