Cleanliness. kindness. Breakfast included. Convenience store on the first floor. Few restaurants around. So the surroundings are quiet. There are many restaurants in about 10 minutes on foot.

Quiet = Comfort without hearing the roadside noise if you close the window. Customer consider = Don't even take the tip out of bed Surprised by the innocence of the room maid. Breakfast = (Continental Breakfast) Both Western and Korean dishes are provided, so free meals are possible [Rather than preparing a cup of coffee on a tray, putting it in a warmer (glass?) I think I can enjoy hot coffee] Heating = Hot wind coming from the ceiling above the restaurant's head directly to your face is subject to consideration, This will likely be a problem that the cold wind hits your face even in summer. (Limited to the minimum length of writing...)
