This is a brand new Hollys in a new building recently built beside Asan Mart on the main road. While we were only on the first floor, it seems like they have even more seating upstairs and there is quite a lot of seating available. This particular shop actually has really high ceilings so it feels a lot more open than the average café in Korea and the 270 degrees floor to ceiling windows add to the openness. The coffee is decent and not excessively expensive and the variety of breakfast sandwiches and snacks is considerable. In particular, the egg bacon danish (an egg cooked in a crusty croissant-esque muffin with bacon and topped with cheese) may become my new favourite indulgence. The washroom unfortunately is separate inside the building and is kept under lock and key but you can ask for the key at the Hollys counter.
