Professional for foreign exchange.

The counter staff responds very slowly. Staff are not friendly than other banks. The customer may feel that the quality or speed of customer service is not the top managers of branch managers or staff members. The other branch actively responds at the window where you are playing if the customer service response seems to be delayed a lot. Just wait for the customer. For reference, two people waited in front of the foreign exchange exchanger, and two windows were open and waited for 21 minutes. There were no customers or lending windows next to them.
