I will write my first impressions of my visit today after I return home.
Until the Supreme Court case comes to an end, it goes through the District Court and the [Appeal Trial] Middle Court (High Court), and the [Appeal Trial] Advanced Trial, a total of three times.
The exterior of the building was the largest and grandest court I have ever seen. But the reason I wrote this article was because three amazing things happened.
For the first time, it passed a corona 19 confirmation thermal image detection camera and passed a thorough security check. If I don't know the personal contact information during the health epidemiological investigation, can I identify who is in relation to the disease control department or health welfare so that infection can be blocked and quarantine measures can be taken? Although the case was the same, there was no hospital QR code/tourist passport/handwritten list. I ask myself if there was a better way I did not know.
Second, when I visited the civil petition room, the staff talked less, looked at the monitor and seemed to look at the monitor, and because the monitor was covered with my face, I couldn't see even my eyes. But he was speaking lowly. There may be misunderstandings, but,'It seemed to be bothersome, and I pointed out, "I'm sorry I stopped talking, but you're shortening your words?" And since there is no business anymore, I did only this much. Even if it was a little upset, it was gone. However, this situation is not a treatment that brings more complaints to the complaints who visit the complaint room!
Third, people gathered in a small space of about one space where they stopped by to apply for reading and copying, and the moving line is a one-way street, and the office space is really too narrow, so it is a place that uses a large area like a palace in this large building. I even thought of whether it was this court or the office of the chief court, the highest authority. Also, the district courts were larger. The Supreme Court's reading and copying room has a desk and a chair in the middle, so you can read documents on the spot, and there is a counter for guidance with office workers, and I saw a place for interviews, and on the left side, you can see a monitor or an electronic device. With 4 to 5 equipment [don't know what kind of device], the Supreme Court seemed to be using a multifunction device with more expensive, state-of-the-art monitors. I don't know if the policy & environment or the number of employees has changed due to changes in the structure or policy due to the coronavirus, but after visiting the current civil petition office, I wondered if this would be the best court in Korea. Since the place that should be the optimal space looks so crowded, it seems that it is not crowded in a large place, but not because it is crowded with a small room, but it cannot accommodate a few people.
I couldn't see all the floors of the Supreme Court, and I visited it for the first time and only saw my business for a while. If you go up the stairs on the left and right, and go through the upper entrance door, it will lead to the right corridor and you will find the Civil Affairs Room and the Reading and Copying Room.
Compared to the civil petition office of other district courts, if you combined all of the staff at the security, checkpoint, receptionist, civil petition room, and reading and copying room, the number of employees is many times larger, but it was difficult to obtain practical help. I couldn't. If there was one thing I felt, there seemed to be no one to listen to my circumstances. If so, those who perform public service will stop complainants from performing public service... and passive performance of public service leads to the fruit of indifference_administration... In the end, it wasn't a big disappointment to visitors, but if you consider this to be below average, you will be above average Their abilities and hidden abilities, which are equivalent to 60 to 80 points in the national civil service exam, and even with the senior, are not able to demonstrate their abilities and hidden skills. I was very worried that they would be considered people. It is believed that the people of the Republic of Korea can be happy only when they look closely at the people of the Republic of Korea.
I cry out to become the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea for not only national interests but also for the support of the people, considering the people who have to raise the national expenditure that is obtained from the people through the rust of the country by borrowing the people's taxes.
I hope that the Supreme Court will work and strive for the people beyond expectations.
I think my thoughts were really short. The Supreme Court planted a preconceived notion that I was like this, so I had so few words to use, so of course, my experience has to be a fairly narrow view and insight. Since I only visited for less than 30 minutes, there were few interviewees, and it wasn't because I had a lot of business, so I only stopped by two departments (department?), so it may have been a hasty decision, but I took the courage to work with the staff who had talked to me. Before returning after finishing the program, I visited him again and said, "I have never spoken a little, so you should not shorten it." Maybe it was just interpersonal communication. If it's another reason, it might be a generational gap because I'm older than me when I look back. It was a job to stop there, so it is not even more for me to write this article and deliver it to blame it.
So, how can I discuss the entire Supreme Court? It is clear that the size, scope and organization of the Supreme Court are vast to look at only one employee, office environment, and reception room (windows). It is likely that there may be an exception to this, and there may be such friction, but it may be a temporary obstacle. However, this temporary phenomenon will accumulate and become the history of the Supreme Court and move on to the future. I know that most people will empathize, understand each other, and serve as a model for each and every right system (system).
I saw you for the first time today. I hope to go along well. May you take responsibility for the Republic of Korea in a just, free, and peaceful way. People come first.
Humanity is important. Please respect and be considerate of'philanthropy'.
Please do your duty.
Obviously, it should be straightforward. It is obvious.
I handed over my case to the Supreme Court. It is a place where only the best judges in Korea are gathered, so please judge carefully.
I took a picture in the background, not in a very similar jurisdiction.
If it is not rejected, the investigation committee will ask
Tak This is the last time I have one chance
Thank you for your redemption. Last, if you repent of your sins, you are no longer a ten-year sentence.
For the people of the past, I would like to ask for a sentence of 10 years to repent of my sins.
