For me the most important thing is the customer service. The customer service I received was superb. I had a problem with the flowers and contacted them. They answered swiftly, politely and had replacement flowers issued in the blink of an eye. Brilliant service. I would recommend them 100%

Aside from they doing a very beautiful bouque and arrange flowers, they do also have gift or fruit basket that you can really say that make the most out of it as the fruits na dflowers are fresh and arranged in a very nice manner.

EXCELLENT! I've now sent several gifts and flowers to Seoul through Korea florist and they have done a great great job. Everything went perfect. The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful and the fruit basket was very fresh and delicious. Everything was of great quality. I think this is really by far one of the best florists I found in Korea. Other online florists were not bad either but after using Seoul florist I decided to only use them. I have no complaints at all with this Korean florist. I've uploaded a photo. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did!

I generally won't write a review unless I found something outstanding. I've ordered flowers many times online and had some problems before such as late delivery or quality problems. However, I found this florist to be pretty good. I don't speak Korean so when I first ordered I was worried about how I would send flowers to Korea. But this florist was very helpful and guided me through ordering. My girlfriend's first reaction was exactly what I was looking for. She said the flowers were really fresh, beautiful and was happily surprised and said the person who delivered the order was very polite. The overall first experience exceeded my expectations. So then I sent flowers a few more times with Seoulflorist and each time has been a pleasant experience. Each time has been consistently good with my girlfriend happy with the quality. If my girlfriend is happy then I am happy! I don't have one single complaint about this florist.
