I am from Michigan, I visited Korea to see my friends for a few months. I had to bring many luggages along so I had to figure out where to store them. After finding this place, I was able to safely store my luggages. I was very satistifed by their service. The price was cheap and reasonable. I highly recommend this place to foreigners who visit Seoul.

I rented a box pool 2/3 pyeong space, and there was a significant amount of financial loss. Reported to the Consumer Protection Agency, the damage relief is in progress. When I was looking for an item, I was notified of the additional charge of 80,000 won on the wire without prior notice. Business operators are demanding an unreasonable additional fee in addition to the 25,000 won per person, which is the original regulation. This is called a special weekend delivery cost that is not available on weekdays. It is said that customers who claim items that are not specified on the homepage and which are not in the terms and conditions are charged to the customer based on the company's internal regulations. 80,000 won is equivalent to 28% of the total amount for the contract. If you knew in advance, you wouldn't have used BoxPool. This is an important transaction condition that affects the consumer's purchase decision in accordance with the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」, so it can be considered as a matter to be notified in an appropriate manner. The company hopes to solve the problem.

I am an office worker in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul because of my job. Nonhyun-dong house was so expensive that I was sleeping in a stiff Koshiwon. I recently changed my life to the point where people lived while trying to use the box pool sharing warehouse in Nonhyeon-dong. Those who live in Koshiwon will know. It's hard to have a real thing, but I put it in a box pool that I needed to live because of the box pool. If you live in Koshiwon like me, please use it. When I learned about the shared warehouse, I checked all the other warehouses and the box pool was the cheapest.

I'm living in Nonhyeon for the first time since I came from the province, but it's nice to have a place where I can keep my luggage for a while. If you move, you have to take it all, but it's in a nonhyeon neighborhood, so the size of the house doesn't matter. It is really recommended if the house is small.

The operator is an active person. There are few shops in the corridor, so I put a box for delivery in the corridor. Don't pile up small people's equipment.
