I've been to this 7 Luck Casino on previous trips and was never very impressed, but today it seemed to have slipped even further. To be fair, I'm used to the huge elegant casinos in Las Vegas & Atlantic City and I know a casino in downtown Seoul that only allows foreigners couldn't possibly measure up to those standards, but even when I try to remain cognizant of that the place was still disappointing. Even the complimentary drinks were fewer and lower quality than on previous visits. My wife likes slots, especially ones with multiple gimmicks. ALL their slots were simply "blah" and it appeared that about 10% were shut down pending maintenance. She was happy that she won a bit and came away with a profit on this visit, but there just wasn't any air of excitement in the place. In AC she can win less and enjoy the experience more. There were a lot of table games, but my favorite - craps - doesn't seem to have caught on in Asia so there wasn't even 1. The roulette tables are doubles with two play fields, one on each side of a shared wheel. I suppose that makes efficient use of their limited space, but it changes the ambiance of the game, reduces some of the excitement and seems to slow the play while they manage activity on both sides of the wheel. They had plenty of staff, but it wasn't enough to compensate. All the dealers on all the card games were highly efficient and obviously competent, but they were also almost robotic. I know that with a wide mixture of foreign languages represented (All over Asia) it is hard for them to interact, but in Vegas & AC I always enjoy the casual banter at the card tables between players and with the dealers. Many people from many countries all over Asia were present, so different cultures and customs have to be expected. Although I am more familiar with various Asian cultures than most Americans, I still felt there was an aura of rudeness and lack of common courtesy or civility between players and staff. To sum things up. It was okay for a brief visit, but even avid gamers probably wouldn't spend more than a couple of hours there. Anyone familiar with American style casinos is almost certain to be disappointed.

Interior is good and food is worth the points to eat. Though quite diverse, the clients consist of mostly Chinese gambers who are very risky baccarat degenerates. I like the style of the airplane attendant-like dealers. They're quite professional. It seems as though they deal with quite the abrasiveness of the Chinese as they may make gutteral noises when they bet and hope the luck comes on their side.
