Lotte Duty Free Shop from 9th to 12th floor. Its girl paradise with many choices of cosmetics, perfume, bags, accessories, clothes etc...Foreigner can go to the 11th floor to apply for Lotte VIP card (5years time and can use it at any Lotte department store around the world to have 5-15percent discount). To apply this card is free and you just need to bring your passport to apply. If you are a K pop star fans then you can go to Star Avenue at 1st floor. Kpop group's hand prints are there. If you touch them, the screen will show a short clip“interactive video” of that idol. Some "hands" were not working anymore but its still quite fun:)

Love their duy free shop as you can shop around and get nice treatment from their staffs

I went there many times to see the Star Avenue and it is cool! They should adjust the alternation of videos on the screens, since everytime I went there I almost saw all the same idols many times and instead there are idols that are more rare to be seen: for example, among 2PM members I always see many times Taecyeon, Chansung and Wooyoung, sometimes I see Junho and Nichkhun, but I never saw Jun.K none of the times I went there. Same happen about the videos with other groups.
