The building itself was a former city hall of Seoul which makes the library stnds out. Also, they also have some artifacts and history displayed on the walls. Great selection of foreign books and the reading room is quite spacious.

One of the best libraries in Seoul at the center of the city. The foreign books collection is pretty decent too. You can check the availability of the books on the website beforehand. The rooftop area is nice to unwind with coffee and get a view of the surroundings from atop.

A really nice and quiet place to escape from the bustling areas surrounding this place. They have a large collection of both Korean and foreign books. You can just enter without having your ID checked or to register for anything!

More often than not, they've got the English-language books I need, with a nice mix of classic and modern fiction. 🌠
