Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean. A terrific place to see a movie.

When I went here, we could only use the ticketing machines. The machines were pretty straight forward and easy to use. The movie theater was nice and comfy. The chairs were really nice to sit in for a long time.

Great cinema with comfy seats and disabled access seats. Usual cinema snacks served there and also has some coin op games on one of the floors. Only lost one star because they don't have 4dx or IMAX or anything

Seats are bit old and small. The theater itself needs more friendly layout for customer that it's bit confusing to go 5th floor for the ticket and get back to B2 floor for the screen. Then when I just want to get popcorn, I had to go all the way back to 5th floor to buy the drinks and snacks. It just needs more people or maybe a kiosk for snacks as well because they had the place for snacks at the B2 floor but it was closed. No service. It definitely needs more consideration for customer to enjoy their entertainment with moderate and proper movie theater service.

It shows pretty much any movie that comes to Korea. It also has an arthouse theater that shows more obscure movies on occasion.
