A place where you can see the history of Cheonggyecheon. At sunset, the night view is wonderful with the bridge. The most pictures I took while I went to Cheonggyecheon.

It is a good place to go out with your family. There is also a nearby Cheonggyecheon museum ... It is good to watch the fish that are playing in Cheonggyecheon. ^

The Cheonggye Overpass, completed in 1971, was a 5.65km four-lane road that crosses the east and west of Seoul. Korea's first overpass, a symbol of industrialization in the 1970s and 1980s. Under the overpass, Sewoon Sangga, Dongdaemun Market, and Hwanghak-dong Flea Market formed the culture of Seoul. The Cheonggye Overpass was demolished in July 2003 following the Cheonggyecheon Restoration Project. John's Pier is the part left after removing the top plate from the bridge that supported Cheonggye Overpass. There are two 'T' bridges and one smaller 'I' bridge. The history of Cheonggyecheon remains unchanged. This is a sign of respect for the older generation who led Korea's industrialization and the sweat of the swings. I think it is meaningful to leave something monumental rather than unconditionally eliminated by any plan and to convey a little bit of historical fact. I think it would be nice to have a monument like this in the future.
