Hwarangdae Station is a pretty comfortable and clean station. The underground section has a pretty wide spread to the different exits and the stairs going up are sometimes a pain (as well as the slow elevator), but there is convenient bike storage, and shuttle busses for both Sahmyook University and Seoul Women's University. Outside exit 3 there is a Emart Everyday store that has good prices as well as some convenient places to grab a snack. A nice stream is on the south side, as well as a walking path.
