If you have good branding and have the basics (taste), it may work well, but none of them are satisfactory, so it seems to be pushed by franchises and bakeries these days.

In the past, it was a regular shop, but after a long time, the owner changed and the menu was not as varied as the worst. Even unkindness I used to have four or five employees who used to be alone.
