The front A-2 is the mausoleum of Ernest Bethel, who contributed much to the independence movement of the Joseon Dynasty by publishing the Korea Daily Newspaper and claiming the nullification of the Eulsa Treaty. The newspaper that posted a picture of a former medical officer of F.A.

It is located in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. It is located right next to the Catholic Holy Land, Jeoldusan Holy Land. It is surprising that the sacred place of old and new religions side by side. When we think of the Middle East, however, we pray that this is not the case when we see the conflict between Judaism and Islam, which is frequent. In the missionary cemetery, more than 500 mausoleums of foreigners who contributed to the religious, media, and educational fields of the Republic of Korea since Gojong were established. When I heard the story of a commentator from a hundred year church, those who came to Korea as missionaries say that on average, within two years, they died or their family passed away. When I heard the story, my heart became hot for some reason. Since they gave up their lives and came to the poor and miserable Joseon of the Far East, which they couldn't normally know in detail, they came to preach the word of God, so it seems like they have built a foundation for Korea's creation. In the cemetery, we are familiar with the daily newspaper, Ernest Bethel (Excretion), Presbyterian missionary Horus Grant Underwood, Bae Jae-guk founder Hen Appenzeller, Ewha Womans University founder Mary Scranton, Yonsei University Severance Hospital founder Douglas B. Avison, Methodist missionary independence movement and There are graves such as Dr. Homer Hulbert, who contributed to the development of Hangeul, and Franz Eckert, who wrote the Korean national anthem. I really pray to those who are buried here and thank the Lord for sending them to us. Be sure to go at least once in your life.
