The taxi tour while laying over on a flight to Shanghai went by the national assembly and other sites. Don't ever get in a Korean taxi without agreeing on the price before hand, or you are lucky if you pay $50. Good tour and good Korean food at the airport
Starbucks Parliament Street As you can see before you go to work every day I have a spacious, quiet place on the second floor
Even if you are not going to the National Assembly, you have easy access to the swimming pools of Yunjung-ro and Hangang Park Yeouido. Free public parking on Sundays.
