It is fun with the various classes and the composition of each charming lecturer! I do not have time to get bored. When I exercise together with others than when I exercise alone, I have strange competition and I become more hard! Oh, and one of the lecturers care one student all one learner, and lecture with carefulness, and it is good because beginner like me can listen to class comfortably. It's fun to see your body change little by little :)

It's a 1-2 minute walk from the station. And the facility is so clean that I feel like I'm always going to feel like a bird anyway :) There is morning class in the time zone, too, First of all, the difficulty of flying yoga is different. I like that detail.

It was near from station and was pleasant and was good. The quality of the class is good and the instructors are kind and I am thinking about them all the time :)
